At J. Lack, we have a team approach. Bringing on a new client is a big deal to us. It all begins with a mandatory Technology Asset Audit (TAAtm). Often the difference between a good, fast resolution and a bad resolution is having full knowledge of the entire breadth of the system in question before working on an incident failure. Our TAAtm and real time hardware and software asset monitoring give our technicians the updated 360 Degree view needed to do the job right. When a new client is brought on, an “A” level consultant is assigned to the account. The “A” level is responsible for curving the rest of the team in to the clients ongoing needs, All incidents and an up-to-date inventory of assets are recorded into our servers as well as client network topology and help desk issues. It is in this way that we are able to ensure that clients are never reliant on just one person and receive the full force and knowledge of our entire team, thereby experiencing the fastest responses possible.
