In our facility, we house our own servers which support our own domain, our client help desk incident databases, our Core Manager^tm Managed Service Platform and corresponding web servers for the Core Manager^tmclient portals so our customers can see the real time status of their network whenever they decide to look in. In addition, J. Lack maintains its storage area network for safe, secure offsite backup for it’s Core Manager^tm clients. To date, J. Lack’s Data Assurance houses over 20 Terabytes of back up data from Eastern Long Island most high profile businesses.
